Sultan’s Table Turkish restaurant in Sydney’s inner-west catches on fire

A Turkish restaurant on Sydney’s busy Enmore Road has been evacuated after catching on fire.

Flames broke out inside the Sultan’s Table restaurant chimney just after 7.30pm tonight, powering their way through the building’s roof and causing 10 diners to flee.

The whole of Enmore Road was closed, causing major disruption to the busy dining drag.

Each person inside the building was accounted for and no injured were reported.

Investigations into what caused the fire are underway.
