Sydney worker 'crushed to death' after getting trapped under forklift

A worker was crushed to death by a forklift in Sydney's west this morning.

Emergency services were called just after 6:30am, following reports a man in his 30s had suffered significant injuries at a site on Charles Street, St Marys, near Penrith.

Safework NSW is on the way to the scene.
