Now, two new alleged victims have come forward, saying the Kew man conned them as well.

Between 2010 and 2011, prosecutors say Di Paolo treated the two people while pretending to be an IVF specialist.

He allegedly took $18,000 from one patient and up to $40,000 from another.

Di Paolo admitted taking their money but his lawyers say he denies deceiving anyone.

The 65-year-old said invoices will show the complainants received homeopathic treatment known as “remedies”.

He’s been given permission for his lawyers to cross-examine his two former patients, next month.
